Fluoride works in 3 ways
It strengthens our teeth.
It stops bacteria from attacking our teeth.
It repairs weak parts of our teeth.
Check to see you are using .76 Fluoride content in your toothpaste and just smear, swish toothpaste and saliva around mouth after brushing and spit out do not rinse.
