The next fundraiser for the PTA is a pizza drive. Forms will be sent home with the children next Wednesday.

SAUSAGE SIZZLE
Every Friday for this term the PTA are selling sausages with bread and sauce for $1 each at lunchtimes. Children are to give money to their teacher on Friday mornings.

BIBLE
Bible on Thursday from 12—12.30pm fin the school hall for children in the junior syndicate.

JMB RUGBY MINI MIDGETS
I hope all parents had a good break and we look forward to seeing you all this Saturday 30th. Don’t forget kick off at 9am sharp.
SCHOOL FEES
A reminder that school fees are due at $35 per child for the year or $8.75 a term. This helps towards your child’s extra educational needs which are not covered by ministry funding.

SCHOOL PHONE
Use of the school phone is for emergencies only. It is not available for phoning home for forgotten things eg. homework, musical instruments or to arrange playing at a friends house after school.

ABSENT CHILDREN
It is the parents/caregivers responsibility to contact the school if your child or children are absent from school. Phone 439 7255

MEDICINES
If your child needs medication at school please bring to the office and also update any medicines that may need replacing.

COOKIES & JUICIES
Juicies are sold daily at .70c each and cookies are sold on Wednesdays for $1 each.

Available Monday’s or first day back after a long weekend. Lunch orders are taken in the hall from 8.30am on Monday.

MENINGOCOCCAL VACCINATION
The second vaccination was given to children with consent today. The third and final vaccination will be in the week of the 5th—9th September.

OTHER NEWS AND EVENTS.

MOBILE EAR CLINIC
The clinic will be outside Woolworths on Monday 1st August from 9.00am to 3.00pm. For all children, especially pre-schoolers. No appointment necessary just call in for all glue ear assessments, treatment of discharging ears, grommet checks, wax and foreign body removal.
