DENTAL CLINIC
Hi to everyone,
The dental clinic is open until the end of the year or until further notice. It is all about prevention, so remember to brush twice daily with a soft tooth brush and fluoride toothpaste the size of a pea especially before bedtime as our saliva flow is decreased at night. Brush for 2 minutes. Swish saliva and toothpaste around for 10 seconds and spit out. Do not rinse out with water. Using this method the fluoride will stay on the teeth longer giving more protection against decay.

BIBLE
Bible on Thursday from 12—12.30pm fin the school hall for children in the middle syndicate.
