Some good oral hygiene tips to remember: Brush teeth twice a day, especially before bed. For more effective brushing use an electric toothbrush. Remember to change the electric toothbrush head every three months. Use an anti-plaque rinse to help inhibit plaque build up. Eat a balanced diet, this helps keep your teeth and gums healthy.
