This Friday 28th May the PTA will be selling popcorn and drinks $1 each with the juices. As there is a limited number it will be a case of first in first served and only one of each per child.

JUNIOR SYNDICATE
FARM TRIP
As part of their current unit studies on “Living Things”, the Junior classes are going on a Farm trip to Whangarei over the next week or two. Permission forms have been sent home with the children and these need to be signed and returned to their teacher. The cost is $5.00.

SCHOOL ASSEMBLY
Parents are welcome to attend the school assembly held fortnightly at 9am on Thursday’s in the school hall. The next assembly is on June 3rd.

PLEASE NOTE: The dates for the Talent Quest auditions have been changed due to other commitments on these dates. Revised dates are, Junior Syndicate—10th June

There will also be a shared lunch in the hall on Friday 28th May (this Friday) for Middle and Senior Kapa Haka, members please bring a plate.

DPS Bluebirds lost their netball last Saturday it is blue and has DPS Team 6 written on it. Please return it to the office or to the Intermediate Courts on Saturday morning.

Thank you to Shona Mason for covering our classroom resource books. The library still has a large number of books to be covered. If you could help at school or even take a small box home please see Anita in the library.

FISH FACTORY JUNIOR YOUTH
Friday June 4th, we are meeting at the Fish Factory building in Hokianga Rd. Be there 7.15pm for a great games evening. Cost $3.

MARSDEN BAY HOLIDAY CAMP
Marsden Bay Holiday Camps will be having a Children’s Camp in the School Holidays at Marsden Bay Youth Camp, One Tree Point, Ruakaka. July 4th—9th, ages 9-13years. Lot of great activities including: Go-karts, motor bikes, buggy, trampoline, flying fox, abseil tower, air rifles, archery, canoes, water slide indoor games, night games and sports.
